Liam Payne and the Case update

Over recent weeks fans of Liam have watched in horror as Roger Nores has gone after Liam’s father and presented a lawsuit against Geoff Payne for how Rogelio has been treated in the press. Many of Liam’s fans who have been watching with building fury at the events that have unfolded since October sixteenth cannot believe the audacity of the main man accused of Liam’s death doing this.

There are many, many inconsistencies in the tale of how Liam died and many of us have spoken on TikTok, on X and on other social media platforms about our disgust in how the case has been handled. There have been several new pieces of evidence uncovered in the case by avid fans who are consistently refuting the narratives given by Infobae and TMZ.

Fans discovered that Gonzalo Avendano was once a writer for Infobae and that he also has ties to Brett Watson, the witness who claimed he saw Liam fall and laughed about it as he spoke to reporters before proceeding to go out that night. His story is that he saw Liam fall but his wedding planner who was apparently in his hotel suite with him claims his back was to the window, so unless the man has eyes on the back of his head he couldn’t have seen out of the window. Further Brett’s wedding took place at a Polo ranch. Sound familiar? It should since Liam spent time at the very same polo ranch before he died and guess who its owner was?

Yep, Gonzalo Avendano. Further to this Gonzalo’s statement given to the press on October the eighteenth where he tells the press how he spoke to Liam before he died and that he was in good spirits and seemed sober isn’t suspicious, but what is suspicious is that he stated twice during his statement that Liam had a new phone. Why is this important? It’s important because Liam’s phone was discovered with Rogelio at Gonzalo’s ranch which is where he was staying and where Liam stayed prior to checking into the Casasur Palermo.

Liam didn't have a phone at all at the time of the tragedy according to his own father and yet one that was allegedly his was uncovered at Avendano's ranch with Roger. Was this the phone that ordered the drugs? Or was it Liam's business phone? Another thing, how could Avendano have spoken to Liam three hours before he passed if Liam didn't have a phone to speak on? And why did him, Roger and Kate all say Liam was fine when the official narrative of this time is that he was off the rails, and high as a kite?

Why was Liam moved to the Casasur when he was staying at a friend's house and safely away from the fans? What possible reason could there have been to move him, especially if as Kate Cassidy stated that Liam was off the rails and a danger to himself?  Why didn’t Kate or Roger contact Liam’s family, if as Geoff stated, they were part of his care team and trusted to take care of him?

Another baffling thing about this is that Liam wasn’t asked to leave the Hyatt hotel, but the air bnb was booked until October the 18th so why then was a booking made in September for Liam to stay at the Casasur? Why did Roger choose a room on the third floor when the first was available and why did he leave Liam that day if Liam was as off the wagon as reported? How did Roger not see that Liam was high and out of control during his alleged multiple visits to the hotel that day and why did he leave Liam alone when he allegedly knew Liam was a danger to himself?

Furthermore, where are Liam’s clothes, jewellery and Rolex? Why are they missing if Liam simply climbed down the balcony, floated a bit away from it and turned in mid air to fall and crack his skull on the base of an umbrella stand? Do you see how implausible that is?

Why are all the news outlets running with the story of Liam being coked up and drunk when his actual cause of death was polytrauma - which suggests the possibility of internal trauma as well then how on earth did Liam get those 25 other injuries? He didn’t hit any barrier on the way down so how did those injuries occur? The injuries, according to multiple pathologists are not consistent with a simple fall from height and if Liam was climbing down as they state, then his fall was from even less of a height.

Another glaring red flag on this case is the fact that the judge on the case Laura Bruiniard could potentially know Rogelio Nores socially as they have a mutual acquaintance in Mauricio Macri. Macri is a friend of Rogelio Nores and former president of Argentina who appointed Laura Bruiniard as a judge which shows where there is a conflict of interest, . Surely, the judge being connected however loosely with one of the defendants should recuse herself from the trial, but instead she downgraded Roger’s charges and he’s been allowed to remain free until the trial.

Gonzalo is also a former newspaper correspondent for InfoBae which is the main source of news coming from Argentina. Infobae also toe the line that Liam fell, slipped or fainted from the balcony, but it’s interesting that the ties to Gonzalo are many and extremely concerning. Brett, the eye witness and his wife, were married on Gonzalo’s polo ranch which is very suspicious to me. Further, Gonzalo claimed he spoke to Liam when Liam didn’t have a phone at all, so why did Kate call him when she landed in Florida? Why was it him she called and not Liam’s parents

Why was Liam’s long term bodyguard let go when he went to the psychiatrist to inform them of what Liam was actually like and what he was going through? Why was he then fired? Was it because he was trying to get Liam the correct help and someone close to Liam manipulated Liam to let him go Geoff Payne stated this for the record in his case so it shows that there were underhand tactics used by those close to Liam. Why? To isolate him further since he was so far from his family and friends prior to the trip to Argentina? Why was Joni Peroni not allowed to accompany Liam to Argentina when fans know he offered? Was it because someone or some people wanted Liam exposed and alone in a country where he didn’t speak the language, had no credit cards or way to contact anyone who cared about him because he had no phone?

Roger claimed he was helping Liam stay sober and claimed he wasn’t a manager, yet there is an email from the hotel Casasur confirming he was managing Liam’s care and that Lula was a deputy manager? So why hasn’t Lula been looked at? She has a connection with Simon Cowell as she worked on the X Factor in Argentina and we know now that Cowell wants  the narrative to show that Liam was loyal to him. Why? Is something else coming out? Are the remaining members of One Direction finally free to speak out about the abuses they endured? Was Liam’s death a warning to them? And why was Lula’s laptop seized as potential evidence. What evidence is on it? Are there links to Cowell and was this perhaps an orchestrated hit to stop Liam from speaking out about the ongoing abuses or was he perhaps looking at breaking free and confronting the Maya Henry allegations head on?

There is evidence that the Henrys are connected to Rogelio Nores and Maya’s own mother follows his brother Nacho Nores on Instagram and Roger himself has been photographed with Azteca Henry at her birthday party, proving that they definitely know each other. It’s been alleged that Kate brought Roger back into Liam’s life and if that’s true then why did she do that and for what purpose? How did she know Roger and did she know Maya as well? Is that why the shirt that Maya predicted in her story wound up in Liam’s suitcase and was worn by him in Argentina?

There are so many questions, inconsistencies and red flags in Liam’s case, but the trial is about to start so we shall see if justice will prevail or if it’s all just smoke and mirrors to hide the real culprits of Liam’s death.

One thing is for sure, Liam’s death was no accident. It was murder and whatever way you cut it, Liam was isolated, alone and in a foreign country without anyone who knew and loved him. His own father didn’t even know where he was staying and Roger was supplying him with alcohol by paying for it, so he wasn’t helping Liam overcome his addictions- he was orchestrating a perfect storm that ended in Liam’s death. The question is why?

We don’t know what tomorrow will bring, but one thing’s for sure: we will never stop fighting for justice for Liam and we will always expose the truth. We stand with Geoff, Karen, Ruth, Nicola, Zayn, Harry, Louis, Niall and all of Liam’s other loved ones as the trial begins.

Hold fast, hold tight and remember to keep fighting for Justice for Liam.
